I was born in 1997 in Mérida (Extremadura). You can tell I’m from Extremadura from my Southern Spanish accent and my laid-back approach to life.
Since I was a kid, I always dreamt of pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics. Kidding. I always dreamt of becoming a professional cyclist. I tried for many years, and along the way, I made many friends, collected amazing memories, learned a great deal, and even took part in a professional race! Definitely, cycling shaped who I am and how I approach my work. You can find a couple of pictures below.
I leave you with my social media links: If you want to know where I am at the moment and what sports I’m doing, you can check my Strava (spoiler: it will mainly be cycling, with me mostly going up to Florence's hills). One of the main regrets I have about pursuing a Ph.D. is that I read less than I'd like. Still, if you want to know which book is collecting dust on my desk, you can check my Goodreads.
